AU Undergraduate Students

• A maximum of 20 items can be signed out.
• Periodicals may NOT be signed out of the library.
• Eligible for Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery Service.

• General Collection: 28 days.
• McNaughton Collection: 28 days.
• Juvenile Collection: 28 days.
• Compact Discs: 7 days.
• Videocassettes & DVDs: 3 days.
• Reserves: Varies (professor chooses from 4 options ranging from 2 hours in library use to circulates for 3 days).
• Laptops: 2 hours in-library use only.

• There is no membership fee.
• A card replacement fee of $1.00 will be charged when replacing a lost student I.D. with a blue library card.
• Lost material will be billed at a $25.00 replacement cost plus a $20.00 processing fee.

• Overdue CDs, DVDs and Videos accrue a fine of $1.00 per item per item per day.
• Reserve books accrue a fine of $1.00 per item per HOUR overdue.
• Laptops accrue a fine of $1.00 per HOUR overdue.

• Membership expires the last day of class for the current semester.

• Borrowing privileges will be lost if more than 3 items are overdue or if more than $25.00 in fines/fees is owed.
